Friends of CIS-Bay Area

The Friends of CIS - Bay Area are individual members of the community who support the mission of Communities In Schools – Bay Area by registering as a member and providing a financial contribution to Help Kids Prepare for Life.

  • Taking part in fundraising activities to increase financial resources for the program
  • Sharing information about Communities In Schools with friends and members of other organizations to increase the communities understanding of the program and
  • Helping with special volunteer opportunities such as holiday parties, chaperoning or special fundraising projects
  • Increasing awareness of the program and its work in the school
