who are at risk of truant behavior and meets with Truancy Team members
weekly to coordinate services to help get these kids back at school.
CIS – Bay Area and the Truancy Team at Clear Brook work with over 300
students on their campuses. Over 65% of the students participating in
the program improve their attendance.

Activities: Over 100 students are served at Clear Path Alternative
Education Program (AEP). Activities include a daily drug prevention
group, individual supportive guidance and the "Student of the Week,"
an incentive for students to carry through with their goals while in
the AEP. One of the most effective services provided is follow-up
service to students upon return to their home school following
placement in the AEP.

a Blood Drive, College Day, guest speakers and a community service
project for over 100 underprivileged elementary students and their

hardship and crisis.
